PostSubject: Me time   Wed Jan 28, 2015 12:38 pm

Life has been busy between wife, kids and work. I recently had a heart scare from a 95% blockage in one of my cardiac arteries. After a stent was installed i feel great. I have decided its time to get back to the fish. My tanks have suffered from neglect. So now I'm back and my fish are my stress relief. I plan to be more active on the forum and look foreword to the community.

Thanks
Chris

Wow, Chris!  That must have been quite a scare!  I'm so glad to hear you are well and feeling good enough to get back to the hobby.  Health and family first, hobby second! *lol*

If there are any supplies that you need, please let me know because I have a ton of stuff that might be useful.  Just pm me.

Yes it was scary. Now trying to get my diet and work out routine in check. I still have my tanks set up, just have not given the fish the time the (and I) deserve.
