PostSubject: Excess Tanks   Mon Jun 01, 2015 11:39 am

I have several tanks that I would like to part with, I am not sure what they are worth so I will work on prices and add that soon.
I have:

3 5-gals  $7ea (tank only)
2-10s  $10ea  (tank only)
5-29s most have never had fish $20ea  (tank only)
1-30 $50 (2x4 stand, nice looking, Glass top)
1-38 $40  (tank only)
2-55s $45  (tank only)
1-90 w/35gal sump $200...has small chip in corner holds water fine.
1-150 tall $500  (tank only) $850 tank, stand, FX6 filter, 800w heater, inline UV, glass tops, Current USA Orbit Marine Aquarium LED Light.
1-180 $400  (tank only) sold

While no price is set in stone please consider the value before making an offer. All tanks must be picked up in King George unless other arrangements are made with me.

I can sell most complete or tanks only. Some still have fish but can be emptied quickly. I need to go over everything to price but if there is anything you are interested in send me a note and we can negotiate a price. The larger tanks have FX5 and FX6. I know this is vague but will try to clear everything up shortly. Not in a big hurry, I have just been thinking of doing this for awhile and never get around to it.

Other stuff:

CO2 set up 2 tanks single reg and 6 way reg $200
Several large air pumps, all in good working order $15
Nexx canister filters Single (up to 55g) $25, Double (up to 100g) $40, triple (up to 200g) $60

I have a lot of other things will add soon.

DLW,

I wish I had more space and I would definitely be interested in more tanks. Is the 90g the same dimensions as a 75g only taller?

What are the dimensions of the 38 gal? is it 18" wide or just taller than a 30 gal?
I am interested in a 5 gal tank.

DLW, was your 90g w/ sump originally used as a discus tank?

Well, if you go to this old post, it shows the 150 stand build and on page 2 are some pics of the stand and tank. I will have to take some of the others later.

Dave, that is a tremendous deal at $850 for all the accessories and stand. If the timing had only been different, I would have been renting a u-haul when your list came out and been bringing home several tanks. I hope you are not getting out of the hobby. Your insights, advice, and knowledge have been very beneficial to me as well as many others here, I'm sure.

I am in no rush, I will be going to Richmond to tank the 180 soon, I could probably bring any tank you might want at the same time.
Just let me know
