I keep a variety of fish but most of my breeding tends to be African Cichlids and Bristlenose plecos. I also usually have some random inverts going.

Current:
Otopharynx lithobates "Z Rock"
Alcolapia alcalicus ''Soda Cichlid'

Mainganos - holding but no fry yet

Super Red BN plecos

Inverts -
Red Cherry Shrimp
Golden Apple Snails
Yellow shrimp

Hopefully future(have fish, but no breeding):
Xystichromis sp. ''Kyoga Flameback'' Lake - Victorian cichlids
Placidochromis phenochilus tanzania "star sapphire"
Labeotropheus "Marmalade Cat"

Green Dragon BN plecos
Super Red/Calico long-fin BN pleco

Guppies are funny for me. I keep them from time to time, but they don't breed a ton.

I also find breeding to be the part of the hobby I like best. I too, find Angels fun to breed. A lot is known about their genetics. I have never bred Corries. I find it amazing that you have had about 40 kind of corries to breed for you. What's your secret?  shrug

Since I finally upgraded my Oscar I've now got the tank space to get my breeding really up and rolling. I've decided to breed my Victorians first, just to see if I can successfully create a small breeding colony and raise fry. Eventually I want to buy from a reputable fish seller and start breeding Krobia Xinguensis like the ones in this vid:

just because they really caught my eye and I think they are beautiful.

So far I've really enjoyed watching my cichlids spawn, and I look forward to being able to raise a big batch of fry for the first time. Smile

Congrats on upgrading your Oscar tank. It sounds like it will open the door to future breeding projects. There are a lot of avenues in this hobby. I get a lot of enjoyment from easy to breed fish. Good luck with yours... Smile
